Terms & Conditions

1. Orders and availability

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by MediPlus.

2. Cash on Delivery

  • COD orders are payable on delivery after order review/confirmation.

3. Estimated delivery

  • Major cities in Punjab, Sindh and KPK: 2-4 working days.
  • Other cities and remote areas: 3-5 working days.
  • Timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, technical delays, or local conditions.

4. Returns and refunds

  • A return/refund request may be made within 7 days for a wrong, damaged, or faulty product.
  • Contact support within 7 days and provide relevant video proof.
  • Returned product must be unused, in original packaging, with original included items where applicable.
  • For damaged-product claims, an unboxing video is required; claims without valid unboxing proof are not accepted.
  • After return, receipt and inspection, replacement or refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
