- Wrong Product Received:
If you receive the wrong product, please send video proof to our customer support team within 7 days. After verification, return the product to our warehouse. Once received, we will dispatch the correct product or process your refund within 3–5 business days. - Important Notes:
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all documentation such as purchase receipts, price tags, labels, warranty cards, and accessories. - Damaged Goods Received:
In case of damaged goods, provide unboxing video proof to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Once confirmed, return the item. After we receive it, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund within 3–5 business days. - Important Notes:
Make sure to record a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product. Claims without unboxing video proof will be rejected. - Faulty Product:
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll ensure the issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on MediPlus.pk — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, videos, and software — is the property of MediPlus.pk or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
