Refund and Returns Policy
At Mediplus.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and refund window to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
1) Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 7 days and share video proof showing the incorrect product. After our team confirms the issue:
- You will need to send the product back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct product or issue a refund within 3–5 business days.
Important Notes:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Include all original items: receipts, labels, tags, warranty cards, and accessories.
2) Damaged Product Received
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days by sending video proof taken during unboxing. Upon confirmation:
- Return the product to our warehouse.
- We’ll process a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
Important Notes:
- Always record an unboxing video when opening your package.
- Claims without valid video proof during unboxing will not be accepted.
